Baseline BP increases after recovering from a major episode of illness so as to compensate for reduced stamina. One should remember that BP is not a static parameter like Haemoglobin level. It changes every minute and according to the condition of the person. As your current levels are okay, there's nothing to be afraid of.
Next Steps
Follow regular exercise and balanced diet.
Health Tips
Refrain from high salt intake.
