Flu

Hi, I took a routine health checkup and noticed that I have high SGOT (AST) - 58.47 U/L and Normal SGPT (ALT) - 35.64 U/L. Just by googling, found that it is related to the liver. Should l be worried or get any treatment for this? May I know the reason why is this high?

Hello Doctor My mother having cough from 2 week so she meet to Doctor 3 days back. Doctor suggested some medicine (attached prescription). Now she is feeling little bit better but having stomach burn too much. Doctor doesn't gave any gas medicine. She is my native place I told her to take pan 40 since Doctor gave when I was sick here. Could you tell pan 40 will be medicine for her or not. And can she take 2 time this tablet. She is not able to eat proper due to stomach burn. Please suggest 🙏. I am worry.

While I am driving scooter(may be speed around 20km/hr), time about 6.10 PM suddenly one bird or bat (i seen only brown colour) passed across me to touch under the beard, but I do not know exactly whether it is bite me or not because I am not getting any bite sensation, I feel only touch my beard, I seen on the internet even bat bites may not be unnoticeable and may lead to viral diseases like rabies? At this time what I need to do?
