Hi, I am feeling lightheadness during evening & night since last 2 weeks.I checked my BP it was 147/89 & I am obese. Recently I am working out too hard in order to reduce my weight & I am on strict diet. Doctor has given me talzoc 40 which I take in the morning but I am not seeing any improvement. I want to know if it is really my bp because of which I am feeling like this or is it something else. Kindly help me in resolving this issue

2 days back i had eaten mutton, post that I am having discomfort. Unable to burp perfectly, If i burp i feel like to burp more. I feel like food is present in the esophagus, when i force to burp water that i drank comes up! Not acid reflux though. I was treated for h pylori and antral gastritis with two rounds of antibiotics this January and February. Does my current symptoms mean my gastritis is aggravated?
