It is a serious matter.
I think you will be a candidate for bypass surgery. Even stent may not help.

Any 3 vessel disease with stenosis is significant .Since You are only 36 years old
ideally it should be stented. As per the guidelines MODERATE 3 vessel stenosis is treated medically and then stenting. but for SEVERE3 vessel disease CABG is preferred as it has advantage
