The small calcification may be due to old hydatid cyst which has now become calcified. It doesn't seem to be a malignant spread, though a few more tests may be required to assess the possibility. The mesenteric lymphadenopathy may be because of viral gastroenteritis. It can be managed. Consult if and when required.
