I'm experiencing the hotness in the boy for the past two days and also I'm feeling bitter taste but I'm not having fever why

I have been suffering from throat infection from last one month. I had Antibiotics named Augmentin 625, then after taking that medicine I recovered but for few days.. Again Infection arrived and I visited doctor, who gave me some antibiotics and pain killers,again I recovered for few days but again infection arrived. Now I am taking Azax-500 along with voveran plus as pain killer. Please suggest what treatment is required in my case. Please guide.

My brother did a full body check with some tests. He is a known diabetic and is on medication. He also has hypertension and is on meds. The below parameters were abnormal. It all started on 10 Dec 2021 when I 1st caught typhoid.. I took azithromycin 1 week course but since den m facing a lot of health issues which are as follows: 1. December-Typhoid (Widal Test) 2. Jan end-Covid (SR VALUE -15) 3. Feb end-Liver Fibrosis (Fibroscan value - 12) 4. April end-Liver Fibrosis cured (Fibroscan value - 5) 5. May-UTI symptoms - still continuing (NOT able control urine, growing pain, meatitis) - had doxycycline, ceftriaxone ivs, amikacin ivs, moxofloaxcin, metronidazole, levofloaxcin (28 days) - anaroebic swab culture showed enterococcus spp, nothing came in urine R/O, c/L, pelvis usg, Uroflowmetry, KUB & scrotum scan, clean of stds 6. Now I have typhoid again I am not sure if its old 1 I am carrying or its a reinfection? Did the urine R/O, widal, typhi igm, comp body checkup attaching the report. Doubts: Doubt of cocci bacteria (refer bacteria cocci in urine R/O-on border) and typhoid. No antibiotic working. Lost weight 15 kg. Super worried Please advice & Help.

From 10 days ..i am having vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, sometimes stomach pain also. Their bad odour from mouth even after brushing 2 times a day ..plz suggest me some tests

My wife has been suffering from throat infection from last two months. Initially She didn't take any treatment. But after one month, she took : * CLAVAM 375 TWICE A DAY for 5 days , but problem persistsd * Then she took AUGMENTIN 625 TWICE A DAY for 5 days. Infection went, But After 4-5 days infection arrived & This time it infected the other side. Now She is taking AZAX-500, ONCE A DAY FROM THE LAST FOUR DAYS. Even after taking fourth tablet, she recovered only 20-30%. Should we increase the dose from once to twice a day? Thanks a lot

If I am having fever around 102 , still feeling hot in a room without ac, can I stay in ac room, would things will go worse

I had viral fever 3 days back. Initial blood report found CRP level at 24mg\L. Had high dosage of antibiotic through IV since last 3 days. Again CRP test done, and it came at 25.5. I am very concerned at why the crp level is still high. Can this be cause of something serious.
