Hello doctor, I have accidentally taken the one month expired levo citrizine. Will it harm the body or nothing will happen??

I took a tetanus shot about 5 years ago for a cut I had. Now today I again cut myself with a stapler pin that came from outside my house. Do I need to get a tetanus shot again?

One month back, I vomited with  dizziness and very bad acidic feeling. Next day, while lifting 20 l water jar I felt very bad cramps on left lower abdomen, due to this I was feeling sharp pain from left lower back to knee. After taking pain killers and antibiotics that goes away in 8-9 days. Now from last 2 days I am feeling heavy on left lower abdomen and feel sharp pain on pressing. feels like air is stuck. I feel constipated and have to try very hard on bowl movement. Also I feels like not having clear stomach and going to bathroom. After talking to physician, having pain killers and gastronomic medicine from yesterday, but still having the same problem.

Hi, My mother 66 years old underwent knee replacement surgery, doctor prescribed preqm-nt and boneo along with other medicines. Preqm-nt and Boneo contains 1500mcg of Methylcobalamin. Isn't it very high overdose of this salt composition. Is it safe to take 3000mcg of Methylcobalamin. Or can she take Neurobion forte inplace of Preqm-nt. Please suggest

A dog barked on me. His saliva droplets splits on my clothes and body parts. Should I go for rabies injection. He didn't bite me.

I took 3 doses of rabies vaccination last year (sept2021).This year I have been bitten by my pet dog in the month of july2022 ,then I took 3 doses of vaccine again as advised by a physician.Day before yesterday I got a minor scratch with no blood coming from my cousins pet dog ...Shoukd I get vaccinated again ?Not even 25 days over from previous three doses .is it necessary to again take vaccine ...

Past 6 months right hand shoulder joint slight pain is there. But past one week become increased to moderate to heavy. I am not lifting any heavy items. Only laptop bag for office work.

Sharp pain while inhaling or yawing deeply on left rib , while breathing normally no pain at all . The pain just for a sec while inhaling after that nothing .
