Flu

I'm not able to eat much. Even if I eat little, stomach become full.I'm not feel hungry even if I skip the meal. This leads to weight loss.please suggest me medicine to increase my appetite.

Hello doctor, Age 35 I have continuous palpitations for the day, so met cardiology department they have taken E CG and ECHO both came normal. But still I  have palpitations. Any idea what may be the reason behind. I was diagnosed with ulcer. Do ulcer create palpitations this much. Can you please advise what should I do to reduce my palpitations.
