Facing itching and irritation got a test done can you check report and tell suggest . Had gone out of station so I'm facing this from past five days

Your urine analysis shows urinary tract infection
Take antibiotics nitrofurantoin 100 twice daily for 5 days
Or
Fosfomycin 3 gm only once with 75ml water in empty stomach followed by adequate water intake
Urispas 2-3 times daily for burning sensation
Urine alkaliniser 3 times daily
