I fell down while riding scooty entirely on my right side I have something called as "muka maar" on my right knee, my entire upper body and left leg thigh hurts as I'm limping, is it normal for your upper abdomen and upper body to hurt?

Pain abdomen after accidental fall is not normal.. muscular pain is okay but not pain abdomen...need proper history..like any sensation of nausea,  vomiting,, any bony injury.. any blunt injuries to abdomen.. etc... consult with a orthopedic surgeon or general surgeon near by ...or consult here in practo...
