I am 25 years old (men).normal range for men younger than 50 years is 0-15 mm but my one is 25 mm. is it problem or not normal??

My wife got dengue first symptops on 22nd july high fever of 103 , body pain, headache and it remained till 5 days. On 6th day Platelet count was 1.9 lacs with no fever but weaknesss and body pain..7 th day no fever. On 8 th day no fever but platelte count dropped to 1 lac...please advice.. today 9 th day she has no fever, very less body pain but weakness is there.

I feel Less Energy and weakness around 60% of the day and feel body pain.Previously had vitamin B12 deficiency.Any supplements for the remedy?
