Food poisoning.
Tab zenflox oz twice daily morning and evening after food for 5 days
Tab econorm 250 thrice daily after food
Tab floristore after food morning and evening
Tab enuff morning and evening.
Use this course for five days.
Plenty of ors in sips.
You may need fluids
Monitor BP.
Black stools is due to gastro enteritis.
