My mom has neuropathy problem for which we are seeing neurologist, and anxiety problem also Which doctor to see for anxiety problem?

Breathing out.  After a while.  A few days ago there was a burning sensation in the upper part of the stomach.  I am taking gas medicine and antacid daily since 15 days.  There is heaviness in the upper abdomen.  After a while the breath stops.  Like a person is afraid.  Similarly, there is a throbbing in the chest.  Is this a gastric problem?  or something else.  Whenever I am curious about this problem.  Even then it happens.  There is no relief from any antacid.  My stomach gets locked as soon as I eat anything.  Said problem.

I am 32 year female, married , obese(86 kg), no kid working in IT. Since 5 year I have pcos and bp which are on control as I am taking medications. But after taking 2nd covishield vaccination gradually within months I feel myself weak , have fatigue , join pain, recently diagnosed with migraine and anxiety taking medications for same. Also I get frequent flu and cough. Now its like every month I need to go hospital for one or the other illness. What should I do?

Hi I am having fever from last 24 hrs. Its going upto 102F. No other symptoms. I did a CBC, dengue and malaria test. Dengue and malaria are negative. In cbc all is ok except Lymphocyte. Percentage is 6.4% and absolute count is 256. Platelate is 196000. Neutrophil is 84. I am taking dolo 650, but fever is coming back in 3-4 hrs again. Kindly assist.

I feel burning/inflamed in the sole of my feet only at night time after 10-11PM. Also sometimes I feel the same on the palm of my hands. What might be the reasons?  please suggest what I need to do to avoid the burning.

I checked my sugar level while drinking a glass of lemon honey water in the morning and it came 253 in glucometer. Is it normal? As I checked it while drinking it. Or is it a sign of diabetes. I didn't checked it 2 hour after drinking it. What is the sugar level we get during eating something? Is it comes in the range below 140?
