My 8 year old is complaining of mild stomach pain and he is going to washroom after every meal. Sometimes it's loose motion and sometimes it's stomach cramping What medicine should I consider

I am having weakness in legs and hands and pain too with body temperature of 98.9 . Sometimes I feel good .. sometimes I feel so weak and exhausted.

I was infected with Covid a year ago and post recovery I had severe muscular pain in the mid back area while resting. This went on for a couple of months after which I was put on Amitriptyline 10 mg  for 2 months which helped me and the pain disappeared. A year later the pain has come back and troubles me when I lie down on the bed every night. Please let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

Hello, My mother-in-law is facing headache since last few days. Painkiller works only for few hours. The headache again starts. She is on ayurvedic medicine for knee pain and arthritis since last 4 months. Kindly suggest any other medicine for headache.
