Why mild pain occurs in legs/lower back while we are taking rest or sleeping and it goes away if we stretch our limbs ? Why does not it occur while we are active ?

Dear sir I am feeling too weak since four days. If doing less push ups also , i am feeling very very weak. Left hand shoulder pain some time arm pain some time ,wrist pain ,some times left jaw pain,some times left side rib. 20 days back tmt done it is normal.ecg also normal. 20 days back covid vaccine booster dose taken.then onward very weak. Now last four days very very weak. Pls guide

Good morning sir / madam, while sleeping on left side I have chest spasms/twitching sensation on chest, left shoulder and left arm again while sleeping on right side i have spasms / twitching on neck and below breast area why it's causing? Isit serious? Can't able to sleep properly and also having rapid heartbeat which i can hear in my head backside while sleeping please help me i couldn't able to sleep and chest also pains sometimes and when i sit for long my back will go into numbness along with leg area thank you

My mother is 54 years old and she has recently developed cold near about 7 days. No cough but sometimes sneeze..she had runny nose but now she is taking monticope. Her runny nose is cured but her voice is nasal and she feels she has mucus in her sinus area. Sometimes she has heache. What to do ?
