Loose Motion
I experienced watery stools with stomach and back ache in the early morning which lasted for about two hours, i had to use the washroom every ten minutes but it stopped on its own without any medication. Is this normal? i had prawns and chicken and overall kinda heavy lunch and dinner. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Its fine.probably due to indigestion.take ORS to be on the safer side,maintain hydration and take light food gor a day or two to check
