I have minor cut yesterday due to metal kept in junk yard and i had taken tetanus toxoid last year , do i need to take again?

No, you dont need tetanus toxoid (Considering your immunisation must be complete and the tetanus toxoid you took last year was a booster).
Just take care of the wound with some antiseptic.
