I female(18 years old) got a cut by a rusty piece of metal , I'm already tetanus vaccinated. I got the tetanus vaccination 3 years ago. I've cleaned the wound with dettol antiseptic liquid and not bleeding anymore. So do I need a tetanus vaccination or it will be fine?

You should get a shot of inj. Tetanus toxoid , as vaccine taken 3 years earlier ceases to be effective now.
