I've been noticing that whenever I'm stressed or having a minor inconvenience I have  pain in my chest and left arms along with palpitations. And sometimes I have palpitations even when I'm not stressed and doing regular activities. Should I be concerned? And how can I stop this cause it is really uncomfortable.

Good news is two months ago I checked my uric acid was 8 and I was very curious ..but yesterday I took blood test again and got surprise my uric acid is in normal range 6.7...

Hello doct, I am suffering from a heavy curve on my penis which has been increasing over time. I am now having difficulties and pain during an erection and intercourse. Seems like getting weaker erections on certain days and have noticed visible & slightly swollen veins on the organ. Is this condition alarming and will it require immediate attention. I take telvas 40 on regular after breakfast since last 1 year. My pressure is suitably controlled last checked 100/60 . Can I take this medicine on alternate days inplace of regular basis as some how I feel tired , dizziness lightly . What is the reason ? .. is it tends to low pressure.

A cat has scratched me day before yesterday she stays in my home and just goes out for stool and urine. I have taken 3 rabies vaccine and tetanus shot in November 2024. I had taken 3 dose because previously I had taken 5 doses of rabies vaccine twice. Do I need to take vaccine anymore? It's just a scratch as her nails are too sharp.
