Sir from few days i get pain under the left breast area...on the ribs acutally...when i pressed pain bcome high...when i move or streached also pain occure...what to do sir or mam?

Hi all I have less than 20 teeth since last year. Then in October 2022, I got piles and fissures and improved my diet. No chapati, only eating daliya/khichdi, daal, veggies, fruits and juices. No processed or outside food AT ALL. I started walking in morning for 20-30 mins. I have lost 9-10 kgs in last 3 months. Is it normal? Or should I get myself checked for serious issues like cancer?

Hi, i'm having fever symptoms like body ache from monday this week. Recently i travelled a lot so thought it was from exertion. I took Dolo on monday. Tuesday i was fine but from Wednesday i am having mild (99.6)fever, cough & cold then i started taking zero dol p, azee, sinarest. Fever goes after taking med but still have cold and sore throat. Yesterday i was ok just with little cold nd sore throat but thn in night i got 100.5 fever i took zero dol p ,now fever is ok. Please suggest should i seek a doc or just continue with same medication.

I have normal bp of 120/80 in the morning and afternoon time but in the night time my pressure becomes 130/94 or 130/90 in average .. specially diastolic pressure increase at night ..should I need to take bp meds on this ? Currently trying with diet and lifestyle modification but it is same

Hello sir I am suffering from runny nose, extreme coughing and experiencing weakness from last 2-3days Before that 2-3 days I was having extreme sneezing and runny nose and itching in some parts like neck, ear, eyes etc. And this things were happening from last 7-8 days For this I consulted an ENT doctor who prescribe me levolong N and copodem 200 But I didn't get well Please prescribe me something good

Do dengue mosquito leave saliva everywhere they sit like utensils and clothes. Does this saliva can get on the hands or mouth and cause dengue?

People say secondary dengue infection is fatal. If so on what factors does that depends? (Dengue cases are more in Bangalore)

I recently got scratched by an unvaccinated domestic cat on my hand. I have been taking  medicines for my high bp: moxovas 0.2mg and Amtas M50 tablets . It's a small scratch but there was some bleeding as well. I took tetanus shot around 2 years back. Do I need to get an injection for this and is there anything I need to worry about?

Hi, My wife has been facing issues sleeping at night due to constant cough. We tried all possible remedies ginger tea,hot water, green tea, lemon and honey etc but nothing is helping. The throat seems clear but the cough is not letting her sleep at night. Please let me know what can we do to solve this.
