From last couple of days I have heel pain some time in the morning it's high I have test uric acid levels which is 8.2 which is quite above normal level. Seems I have gout.

I have been on low ferritin levels issue for months bw 16-24ng/ml but normal iron. Started taking orofer-xt total since a week after testing now my serum iron is high at 272ug/dl, UIBC at 62ug/dl, transferrin saturation high at 81.29%. Do I need to be concerned on above levels or change in medication.

Hi, I'm 22 year old male. I'm a non smoker and non alcoholic. My hbg levels were 18.5 and pcv was also 52. So I was told to do phlebotomy for a week thrice alternate days. Also I was told to consume aspirin 75 mg for a month. I was told to do erythropoietin test and jak 2 test. My epo level was normal and also jak2 test waw negative. After 3 phlebotomy my hb level was 14.8 but now after 1 month it has again reached 17. Doctor told me to get bone marrow aspiration done. What would be the reason for such increase?
