My friend has anxiety issue because of which his BP fluctuates for days it stays around 170/100, he has started exercise, meditation has normal ECG, Echo, TMT, but he has become impatient and believes of it will reach 180 he will get stroke If all reports are normal then can stroke happen as soon as BP is 180 or it takes years or months for damage to happen.

Hello docs I have vitamin B12 deficiency..it was 99 pg/ml I started taking b12 injections daily 2ml each Its been 6 days And from last 2 days I m feeling very hungry Is this normal? My appetite increased since my b12 supplements

High Bp approx 150/90. Repeated measurement done. Took beta blocker as per doctor's recommendation but no effect. Done ECG (found Infero lateral Ischaemia)but cardiologist said as ECHO & colour doppler test is normal nothing to worry. Thyroid normal, CBC normal, glucose level & renal function test was also normal. Then doctor prescribed ASOMEX 2.5 & CTD 6.5 medicine. It works and lowered my bp within 7 days. Should I continue the medicine or should I gone for some more test like renal doppler etc?? Please suggest.
