So, the skin area just below my tailbone. When i rub it or when it gets rubbed while sitting, its giving a sensation of pain. Pain like as if there has been frictional burn or something. But when i checked with mirror and phone, there was nothing. I have hair in that reason, is that the reason why it is happening? And i am sure its the pain inside the muscle/skin over there as i pressed the tailbone explicitly and there was no pain or tenderness on touching that. Only when i palpate that skin area where hair is there, i feel pain? Is it pilonidal cyst or something? But i checked in the photo there was no cyat formation visible nor there is any hard mass kind of thing.

I am having Dexamethasone for Psoriatic Arthritis related inflammation since last 15 Days the dose is 1mg two times. Today felt a bit feverish and the temperature was 99.5. Kindly tell is there anything to worry about it. Or it's common to have fever. Should I taper off the steroid.

Hi Doctor Since last 1 hour feeling bit uneasy. Bp is 100/78 & pulse rate is 68. I want to know does pulse rate fluctuate with each activity throughout the day. My pulse rate goes up to 140 per minute when i go for a walk & during some household chores.

Doctors , if peptic ulcer is happened due to medicine how long ppi or antacid is used for treatment ? I mean when peptic ulcer is not associated to h pylori but it happened cause of medicine then how long ppi or antacid is required for treatment ?
