I had piles surgery around a year back, lately i have been noticing gas problems and bloating. Is it possible for the surgery to have gas as a side effect? I'm feeling very anxious and wonder if it's something serious like cancer.. there's no rectal bleeding but just bloating and loose stools once a day

Is it true that secondary dengue infection is fatal. I had dengue a couple of years back. Last time dengue effect was very minimal and I recovered in 4 days. So, will it be fatal if it happens next time.

I am tb patient from seven months lung tb doc suggested to continue med for 2 more month.. from months I am noticing some blood dots under my nails .. every day I saw some blood types of dots in my finger tip.. my himoglobin is low... what it could be blood under nails ? Can medicine side effects it could be.. I have done echo test as well which comes normal... what it could be is it splinter because of medicine? Plz suggest next steps

I m doing workout in gym from past 3 months But Yesterday I have mild dezziness during the workout . Around 5 days ago i have done Lipid profile - Normal CBC - Normal ECG - Normal TMT - Normal I asked for 2d echo .but Dr said no need of that So what can be the cause of mild dezziness during workout ? Is it related to heart attack?? Cardiac arrest ? Please answer 🙏🙏 .i am really worried about this
