Palpitation after eating soya
I started eating boiled soya but whenever i eat them i started to have heart palpitation. Initially, i thought it was a vehm but today i eat after 20 days and again got palpitations Why so ?

Don't eat. Soya in any case is not an indispensable item of food. So there is no point in conditioning yourself to eat Soya.
