Urine routine & culture report
Hello Doctor,
I have done urine routine and culture report come report shows puscell and epithelial few is this normal report ... my wbc was 14000 and ESR 113 , have cough with cold coming thick on nose as well while spit it for an week and joint back pain , no fever ...

As per your history and your investigation you seem to be having infection as your TLC is raised.
Please do the following
Warm water gargle 3-4 time's a day
Steam inhalation twice a day
Plenty of water orally.
Avoid cold items in food.
High protein diet
Syp.Honylinctus 2tsf tds x 5 days
Please do culture and sensitivity of sputum and urine
