Sir.. iam facing the issue of headache.. whenever headache will start it ends with heavy often vomiting,and diarrhea.body will sweat out.. and dehydrated. But this time I found clotted blood in vomit.. and severe headache. Pls give suggestions sir.

Hi, i have ulcers on my upper and lower lips and on my tongue too since 6 days. i also had sore throat so i took wincold Z and azax 500 so it healed. I'm getting irritated by these ulcers, it has become like a wound, i noticed some pus too in my lower lip so i applied some haldi on it. What should i do?
