Hi, My husband has blood pressure of around 137/95. Is this considered high. If yes, what should we do?

I am having low grade fever from last 2 weeks. Sometimes it becomes normal or goes below normal limit like to 97.7-98.0. During night time it rises to around 99.1-99.6. Doctor told me to take Cefpodoxime for 3 days. But fever didn't went so he gave me azithromycin for 5 days, fever was not there while taking the medicine but now it came back. Widal and dengue antigen tests are negative. TLC count 7600, Polymorphs/Neutrophils 78% Lymphocytes 16% Eosinophils 5% Monocytes 1% Basophils 0%. RBC 5.06 Platelets 2.33 lacs. I was also having severe throat pain 2 weeks back while swallowing, but it is fine after medicines. However fever with occasional mild headache is still there. Please suggest something.

Hi I went to a doctor for my acidity related concerns .. They suggested Rabemac MPS syrup. But now I forgot when to take the syrup before or after meal.. trying to contact doctor but now he is out of town.. So wanted to clear doubt when to take the syrup before or after meal ... My cat who hsnt been vaccinated with Rabies vaccine yet drew it's teeth in me. I got two puncture wounds and a scratch. I immediately washed it with soap and water but went to a GPN to be on the safe side. GP asked to take Thrabis Rabies vaccine of which only 3 doses are to be taken. I've taken dose one but is it safe since it's a fairly new vaccine in the market? Should I take the one with 5 doses ? Or is this ok? Do doctors prescribe this rabies vaccine or do they still go with the 5 dose one since it's new?

Last 10 days back he had fever 102 and consulted doctor they gave antibiotic after that it went off. Now from yesterday afternoon he is having fever 99.1 and also he is feeling like food is not digesting( mild loose motion) from last 4 days.
