I took a tetanus shot yesterday at a pharmacy. But I feel that they have not given me the shot properly. Can I take another tetanus shot today, even when I might have got the shot yesterday but I am unsure? Is there side effect of taking 2 tetanus shots in 2 consecutive days?

I just randomaly checked my bp since last 2 days ..it is betwen 90 to 96 range /68 ..is this low..or normal..i am not having any issues ..i only checked because i have now machine at home..

Age 24 Weight 110kg Height 179cm BP 130/87 On thyroid medication 75mcg When I go to sleep at night and close my eyes i can feel my heart beat in my chest accompanied with sweating...as I open my eyes the heartbeats are normal. And again as I try to sleep this happens again. It takes about 2-3 hours after that I can fall asleep. It has been happening for two nights.

I feel nervousness (ghabrahat) and rapid heart rate and sleepiness after 1 hour of lunch..what can be cause ? These symptoms gradually decrease in evening.
