Feeling like a fried of something. After eating feels like chakkar and vomiting. Also feeling like heartbeat are running faster.

I am having infrequent headache from last five days. Pain is in my top right portion of head above forehead. Pain aggravates if I rotate my head or shake my head or sometimes if I get up from sitting position. Pain usually goes off when I am in still position like laid down or sitting on my chair. I am already using spectacles and I use them regularly and I am able to see and read things normally.
