I m taking reswas syrup from 3 days. While sleeping getting more cough and unable to sleep and cough is not decreasing.

I have vitamin d and b12 deficiency Doctor given Arachitol 6L & meconerv injection Doctor advised to take Calciquick D3 60k tablets once per week along with Cipcal 500 daily 2times for 1month CalciquickD3 and cipcal 500 can i take both? Won't there be any overdose? I have lower back and side pains,leg pains,knee pains ,fingers pains My vitamin d is 10.7 ,calcium is 9.1

My left eye bottom portion twitching for 2 weeks. It came sudden then stays for 1 mins then stops. I want to know the reason. Is there any serious concern?
