Hi I had issues with low b12 and D for 2yrs in Covid time due to bad diet , however I started taking supplements last 6 months back and Vitamin D and B12 is back to normal but after stopping b12 for a month noticed the b12 levels back to low so I started taking it again (folvite active) and it’s back to normal now. Above to this I had ferritin levels too low at 19-20ng/ml and it’s currently 24ng/ml. I have been facing huge hair loss since Covid which seems to relates to above issues along with stressful events, however I’m on good diet now. My question are 1) I’m worried does stoping b12 supplement will go my b12 low back again. 2) how can I recover from low ferritin as this looks to relates issues to hair re growth.

Please help, am having itching all over my body both my scalp, under my feet, neck,upper  back, waist  shoulders palms, like everywhere, it feels like a pin when it comes sometimes a red bump wil appear and goes away at that particular place immediately, this happens all day I hardly sleep in the night I wil be itching in the midnight while am supposed to be sleeping am sad 😥😔and worried
