Vitamin B12 deficiency
Hi, I am having weak bladder problem and when I checked for Vitamin test. I found Vitamin 12 deficiency.When I check last time it was 228 and I am vegetarian as well. Can I take Vitamin 12 injections regularly and what should be the dose of Vitamin 12 injections and is there any harm taking vitamin 12 injections regularly? And is there any connection of vitamin 12 deficiency with under-active bladder ?

Vegetarian food usally lack Vit B12 It causes neuroligical problems due to its deficiency Regularly taking Vit b12 injection is not advisable. It should be taken after proper investigation and advise of Doctor's. For your bladder problem please consult Urologist.

injections may not be necessary.capsules may be enough.however,its important to evaluate a cause. Especially since you mention underactive bladder.
