I can feel something painful while cleaning my anus Please suggest what it is attached the pic is it a bump or cyst please advise

I have heartburn,  gas, very slight lightheadedness and anxiety feeling every now and then since 1-2 months. What are the possible reasons and what can I do for this. I hope there is nothing serious.

I am having gas problem like bloating and indigestion problems and it is lasting for a week atleast once it comes and also if it prolongs iam also getting fever ? And my ast is 155 and alt is 165 . Is it any server issue and what is the solution . Last year I am attacked with dengue from then the gastric problem is worsen if I eat outside food also

I atteched report of urine test which shows crystal present please suggest need to consult doctor or is it normal?

My husband is having lumps under eye lids which are reoccurring. When We use hot compression on that lumps it reduces and sometimes it bursts and the pus comes out. But it is reoccurring after somedays. Why it happens ? What precautions we need to take?

Does constipation produces excess gas? If so gas needs to be treated or constipation needs to be treated first? What other problems does constipation make? Can anyone give a list of side effects of constipation???

5th february - fever 102, headache, throat pain consulted and started medication cefdon 2 times, fever reduced from next day but still coming 99-100  8 Feb - cbc and crp test done, crp -54 , thphitdot- IgM positive doctor started Azee 500 2 times and zifi 2 times  9 Feb - X-ray done - OK 14 Feb USG WAB - Ok doctor advised to stop Azee after 5 days and completed Zifi for 14 days (including 4 days of cefdon) 14- 18 Feb meanwhile heavy bloating started while throat pain still persist and little cough whole day  18-25 Feb after 2-3days throat pain almost reduced but stomach pain, bloating and cough persist (No medicne now ongoing) 25 Feb again CBC, typhidot, widal done, typhidot and widal are negative  25-28 feb Finaly little relief in stomach pain and bloating, not completely, but cough is still there, now from last 2-3 days again throat pain started, same like earlier, dificulty in swallowing, little headache, what could be the reason,  what I need to do ?

My father 65 plus is having high bp problem since 4-5 days...no history of high bp before that ..it goes v.high till 170/130..his doctor changed medicine ..till the medicine effect is there its comes normal n then again rises after 7-8 hrs...all tests done like ecg echo blood test..all came normal..doc again changed medicine what to do we r v.confused.

Please help me out with the reports..it has been taken 2 months back..I have already taken miofree tablet for more than 15 days..how long does this pain lasts and is it severe it is causing me left side chest pain and down the shoulder pain.
