Itching could be a rare side effect of uroscol ,but very uncommon. You should discontinue it for the time being ,get your liver function tests done to check the enzymes levels. For non alcoholic fatty liver, treatment includes dietary fat restrictions , alcohol avoidance and regular exercise.
