During summers, sweat on the scalp mixed with dust or smoke particles can settle down and damage hair.
This can be easily prevented if there are no othet medical illnesses.
1. Wash your hair atleast 2-3 times per week
2. Drink lots of water (3-5lit/day atleast)
3. Avoid applying oil and going out
4. Always carry a scarf or hat to protect scalp
5. Use conditioner and serum from midhair to roots (as it almost is the SPF to your hair)
6. Avoid oily foods and carbs. Focus on rehydrating the body
7. Sleep in loose hair or with a tiny band at nights
