Should I consult or am just overthinking
I have gained a lot of weight in the last 6 months, I am also noticing that I have become so lethargic and also feel like my concentration power has been affected a lot. My body muscles aches all the time and am sleepy all day.Is this a Symptom of any disease?

This could mean many medical or surgical issues, even a psychiatric issue if you rule out the above. Try finding the source of your health issue by starting with Complete blood picture at least. This might give an insight into basic issues of the body Try cutting down carbs and increase greens intake Exercise regularly, try Yoga or Meditation to relax Try to keep consistent sleep schedules Communicate with a doctor for further assessment
