Baby weight gain
I am 9 month pregnant. Next month 25th will be my edd. My baby is 2.1 kg only. Not gaining weight. Please suggest foods to increase my baby weight above 2.5 kg. I am not able take protein powder.since having gastritis issue.

Last one month is the weight gaining month Take pantaprazole tablets if you have gastritis and and continue protein diet or powder Take egg also if are not vegetarian

If you do nothing still your baby will be 2.6 kg at the time of birth. You can use Arginine sachets , one sachet twice a day. It will help.
