Having issue in my back chest near lower shoulder on the left side. Seems like something is needling in my back. The problem has persisted for 4 days. I have tried  Esgipyrin Tablet but it is not resolved yet. Please help me out with this problem.

I am  a male 31 years. For my high cholesterol my doctor prescribed me Novastat 20. I take it from last 2 years. But now Novastat 20 or any branded medicine of this composition is unavailable here. So i brought Rosuvastatin 20mg generic medicine from govt hospital fair price shop. I want to know this generic one are same work as novastat??? i am fear because price is so much difference. And on fair price shop generic medicine are not from same brand. For example this month they provide rosuvastatin 20( of brand A) other month they said brand A is not available, so they provide rosuvastatin 20(of brand B)... is it safe???

I have a loss of appetite and fatigue. I sleep for long hours still not feeling better. I have no interest in eating also. I got fever few days before because of respiratory tract infection which is recovered but still I am coughing slightly. Any changes need to be done in lifestyle?
