BP reading higher than 180/120 mm hg is hypertensive crisis .Even if you are asymptomatic you need to consult with your doctor.Idea is to lower blood pressure by 25 percent to avoid complications notably cardiac , neurological and renal. Once it settles down your doctor may ask for blood investigation , ECG and echo. In the long run you need to change your lifestyle ,diet and exercise regularly.your BMI is high at 30.86 ie class 1 obesity.
