Antirabies vaccine and tetanus vaccine are for the dog bite. Antibiotic injection would have been suggested for wound.

The one strong injection is Rabies immunoglobulin. The purpose is not to improve healing but to neutralise the rabies virus (if the dog is rabid) till the injection you received works. Since the bite is of higher severity, it is recommended to take the immunoglobulin. However if you have already taken a complete course of vaccine in the past, it's not required now.
Next Steps
If this is the first time of dog bite, it's recommended to take the immunoglobulin. If vaccines are taken in past due to dog bite, you can complete the schedule of doses prescribed now.
