Bp of 190/110
Yesterday I suddenly measured my BP, it came out 190/110. Although no have no such symptoms how this high numbers. I am scared.

Surely you are having high BP if measured correctly. Avoid extra salt. Daily exercise. Take adequate sleep. Recheck Bp. If it's more than 140/90 constantly then consult doctor

Measured correctly..? Is your instrument well calibrated. ? If yes... This is high BP... Treatment should be stated. But few more information is required before starting medicine.

Most of the time, high BP doesn’t show any symptoms. That’s y it is considered as hidden or silent killer. Now coming to ur ready, actually it’s too high. Check ur BP in rest or relaxed phase. Take 3 reading and the least one will ur final reading. Use mercury BP instrument. If it’s still high, get some blood test examination and start treatment with life style modification

Check out the BP daily. Eat less salt, better use rock salt. If BP stays more than 130/85 thn medication need to be started.
