I have a hard bump near my eyelashes right side i thought maybe there is puss inside but when i press nothing is coming out but its hard inside

I am taking inhixa 40g daily today is 8th day , last 5 days I am having a clot I don't understand why is this happening. Ia taking In my belly. For your reference I am attaching the photos. Please help me.

My sgot value is 65 and sgpt value is 135. GGT value is 104. I have pain in my stomach whenever I eat something, specially anything spicy. my periods are also late this time. A month back i was diagnosed with dengue when my sgot and sgpt values went up to 650. I also experienced spotting for few days. Can this be cause for my late periods and my stomach issue?

I have bitter taste in mouth and irritation on tooth. As I observed, it all comes from saliva. Bitterness and tooth irritation is high when it is long time for last meal. Kindly advise remedy and which specialist should I contact if needed.
