Hi All I had dengue in 2019 of NS1 now again in 2022 I got infected with it. So I just wanted to be sure if I can have NS1 again in future or not?

This pimple like feels hard while pressing but no puss pains little while hard push i am scared what must be this i am scared will it go away ?

Good evening, I'm feeling dizzy n weak all of a sudden. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in aug 2021 and took thyronorm 25mcg till march 2022 TSH came down to 4.25 and as per endocrinologist's advice I stopped taking thyronorm. Recently I have checked my thyroid levels and my TSH is around 6.26 and again I started taking thyronorm 25mcg. My symptoms didn't subside and im feeling weak n dizzy every now n then. I'm facing trouble while working. What should be my next step. Kindly clarify. Thank you
