I am 33 year old female .I have burning feet and hands severe at nights and mild in the mornings. B12 sugar thyroid ana hba1c nerve conduction test  urine  test and full body checkup is also normal. Diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. Reason for this is due to Covid vaccine covaxin. 2 weeks after Covid vaccine I had prickling sensation started all over body. 3 weeks after second dose I had burning sensation started in feet. Now what will be the solution for this issue. How long will I have this vaccine in my body and what are the options I can have now? Experts please answer my query Thanks in advance.

I am having heartburn almost every alternate evening approx 6 to 9.. and once i complete my dinner it goes away. And having normal appetite, no difficulty in eating. But this problem is annoying me for some time now. Please suggest

Hi doctor,I have never missed my periods till date.Every month it usually happens at 4 or 5.my tsh level is 4.6.i did an ultrasound it says mild polycystic ovarian morphology,should i take treatment for pcos or can i wait for periods to resume (i already took primolut n tablet but i did not get my periods yet,it is already 7days).Please confirm whether i shud get into pcos treatment

Recently I have taken one health checkup package and these are the tests and results which is not in my favour please suggest on severity & Preventive actions SGPT / ALT Score 50.88U/L  in Liver Function Test ,But normal values range from 0-50 And my Glycosylated Hb (HbA1C) 5.7 %. ( Prediabetes:5.7-6.4) Absolute Lymphocyte Count 3706, But the normal values range 1000-3000 . Lymphocytes : 43% , Normal values range 20-40% RDW-SD: 47.2, Normal range : 39-46

Hello. I was looking after a stray dog in the month of May, 2022. She had a disease canine distemper and she died of that. Before dying, she had seizures and she accidentally bit my finger. I instantly took a vaccine for tetanus. I also took immunoglobulin for anti rabies, and had my five anti rabies shots. I even took anti rabies booster dose in the month of August. Few hours ago, approximately 7 hours ago, another stray dog bit me out of frustration, there's no blood, just a minor scratch (I've attached the picture of scratch on my hand, kindly refer to that) I've taken anti tetanus shot after the bite. I wanted to ask if i need to have anti rabies shots again? Kindly let me know, I'll be really grateful.

Respected Dr I have a 4 months old baby and I have recently got my blood test done. In that, all parameters are normal (HB- 12.1) except my MCHC level which is 31.3 and Mean Platelet volume, which is 9.2 Is it a concern of worry? MCHC normal range is 31.5 to 34.5 MPV normal range is 9.3 to 12.1 Please reply!

Hello. I was bit by a dog in the month of May, 2022. I took all the 5 anti rabies shots. Yesterday around 8 pm, i got bit by a stray dog. No blood, minor scratch. I immediately took tetanus vaccine. Now I'm gonna take anti rabies shots. Do I've two take two shots in day zero and 3 as I've been vaccinated before? Also, is it okay if i take vaccine within 24 hours of bite?
