You have had a colonoscopy done. It's done by the Gastroenterologist and the Gastroenterologist will certainly examine you before doing endoscopy.
If in spite of an examination by the Gastroenterologist and a colonoscopy the Gastroenterologist could not come to a conclusion then you can imagine how difficult it is to diagnose an intestinal or colonic problem.
Ultimately you will have to rely on symptomatic treatment and lifestyle modifications.
