Hi doctors, i am having fart problem whenever i wakup in morning i am having excessive fart specially in morning. I dont have consipatition, i do physical activity regularly, i dont eat outside food or junk food, but why this happen? Please advice what i have to do to fix this problem

Take high fibre diet more amounts of salads and fruits. Take probiotics like curd. Take cap. Vizylac 1capsule twice a day Syp. Aristozyme 1tsp twice a day. Rest continue your daily routine.

It's a body mechanism any odd to body react  in many ways either fart or belch or dakar if it remains in body u got different problems.   U r diet conscious u mentioned, r u very regular in diet with salad, fruits butter milk curd kanji as pro biotic. Lack of probiotic produce gas, fart. So add probiotic like curd n butter milk, kanzi fermented food in place of tea, coffee. If prefer spicy food also is a cause of gas in your case fart. nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for two weeks. Lupizyme syr 5 ml twice after food for three weeks.

Its normal in morning due to to heavy meals at night. If you are not having any other issues, Gut microbiome is Disturbed. Have some good probiotis like Buttermilk, curd,. Reduce Hing consumptions in home food. Have early, light dinner before 8pm and avoid milk for few days. Go for an evening walk (Brisk) U can also consume over the counter probiotics.
