General query regarding beer consumption
How much amount of beer consumption per week is safe for health? I don't have any other health issues. Thanks in advance

I think the opinion expressed by two Doctors before me, they don't know about the percentage of alcohol in Beer or Whiskey or Rum. 60 ml amount for Whiskey and Rum is fine but you can take up to 300 ml of beer safely.
