In your young age no need of supplement exercise + grand mother food +fruit + boil veg + plenty water  be happy with family  take care of health

Both of them are multivitamins, taking one of them would be sufficient. It is always better not to be depended on supplements rather a balance diet should be followed that would provide all the necessary nutrition. Though in certain circumstances specific vitamin deficiency do occur for which a specific supplement may be required until dietary correction.

Most of the commercial vitamin supplements are synthetic with added colouring agents, data regarding long term use and its effects are not available.

U may take any one for long time unless u are taking a version containing vitamin A,D,Eor K. B comlex and c   dose not harm if taken in excess .
