Tetanus or neck pain
Sorry I'm asking the same question again I forget mentioning few things... 6 days back I had small cut from rusty hammer on my leg I washed it with soap and water... today morning I woke up  with alot of  pain on right side on  back of my neck .. I have got neck stiffness and it pains alot when I move my head...I dont have fever or jaw pain  but I'm really worried please help me ... do I have tetanus symptoms ? Please help

You may have a postural neck muscles spasm which resulted in stiffness of the neck and limitations in neck movements.Use suitable pillow, apply warm compression, apply fastum gel and if necessary take ibuprofen tablet.Your symptoms,  certainly are not related to tetanus
