Can 1-2 drops of water going up the nose while breathing in cause N Fowleri infection? And can taking Azithromycin 500 mg beforehand prevent infection to PAM stage or not? Will not ask questions on this topic further, please advise. I am trying to overcome this fear and repent googling about headache where I came to know about this disease which has made me worry so much.

My wife was taking wrong dosage of 12.5 mg instead of prescribed 112 mg for last couple of months. Now that we have realised this, can she take the correct dosage 112 mg from tomorrow?

Acute bipedal edema(mainly), and mildly all body. All tests done, RFT, LFT, ASO RF factor throat swab ECG echo ( as aso positive in childhood taken benzathine penicillin for 2 month and discontinued), Thyroid profile, lipid profile, bld glu, CRP, ESR ect all within normal limits. "Only IgE increased 272 ( normal range<200) " Swelling subsidies on diuretics but mild increase from today after 5 days of diuretics. What may the problem? Pls help 🙏

A month before my father is faint in bathroom , early moarning . In dinner he takes yellow lentil ( Arahar daal). At mid night he feels like losse motion so he wait for sometime for moarning But at moarning he faints after standup from english toilet. After this incident hell go to the heart specialist dm doctor . He suggest some check 1. Ecg 2.echo 3. Holter All the reports are normal Before this incident hell take high bp tablets telmikind am After check doc gives medicine for high bp and now the bp is in normal range from 110to 120 and 80 to 90 I want to know about the problem is there any serious problem Plese help me. Ill attach the reports .

Feeling very weak n tired , no other problem , am not using any other medication, please suggest how I can overcome weakness

Hi doctor, Few days ago I had pasta near my house and since then I got very sore throat it used to worse during nights and lasted two days after that i caught severe cold from that tonsil. Last day i had severe headache since then I'm unable to fall asleep because im not able to breathe from both nostrils during night. In day it's fine. Is it due to that contaminated pasta or that headache caused it. I want to sleep so bad now while I'm typing its 2:20 am now but cant help. Will it cure. I cant to a doctor now at night pls help me I want to fall asleep

My eyes are problematic. Specs of 4 power. no change in power since 1.5 year. follicle problem was there in the past. sensitive eyes during night. whenever i see around, occassionally i feel like i will lose consciousness or like a blackout. which doctor should i see? Physician, Eye doctor or an Ent?

My stomach aches when i laugh very hard. Why is it happening? Will i be ok or am i going to die? Is this a sign of early cancer?

I am having a issue with my neck it gets really cold, I have noticed this happens both when I'm under AC or even outside in front of direct sun. I earlier thought this was due to summer cold which I usually get whole summer. I am also allergic to dust so as a precaution I take citrazen or montelukast for that. I was on Gabapentin since 20 days- 200mg for 10 days, 150mg for 5 days and now 100mg for 3 days & continue. Still due to its side effects (low mood & Increased anxiety), doctor asked me to stop it. Should i stop it suddenly or should i taper it?
