Solo 650mg is a brand of paracetamol, which is a commonly used pain reliever and fever reducer. In general, taking two tablets of Solo 650mg at night should not cause any serious problems, as long as you do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 4 grams (8 tablets) per day.
