My brother's age is 26yrs suddenly from past few days he observed that suddenly waking up from sleep with fast heartbeat don't know why this is happening and it's never happened before. Due to this he is unable to sleep properly I mean intially he able to sleep without waking in the middle of night but from past few days sleep is getting disturbed and having issue with cmplte sleep. Please suggest what is happening with my brother. Note: no prior helath issues

Hello Doctors, Last year in oct 22, that is 6 months ago I had done full body check up. Where in my reports, blood sugar was fine, and HbA1C was proper like 5.6(value). But regards to my liver, it showed as fatty grade 1, with no details more about it in report. Now yesterday again I did my lipid profile, LFT and HbA1C. And in the report, it showed triglyceride as 201 and LFT normal. and HNA1C as 6.5 ( saw in Google it showed as diabetic range of 6.5 and above. I know i am very much found of sweets, maybe that is the reason. But in my family, no one has any history of diabetic. Can doctors please help here. Is it something to worry? Or is any medication needed for 6.5 (value)

Two days back, I have severe throat ache, I took Jificv 200 and acloton, largy5. However, after taking these medicines, I am not getting sleep, continuously urination and back pain. Since yesterday night , left leg and leg side of back is paining very severely. I am not able to sleep due to pain. Please suggest accordingly, I will take doctor's appointment.

Hi, My son is having recurring fever after every 6-7 hours from last 4 days. No cold no cough. Initial 2 days the fever was high grade(102+) after every 4-5 hours and did 1 vomiting and stomach pain for 2 days. Last 2 days fever is 99-101 after every 6-7 hours.No cold no cough no stomach pain no vomiting. Just giving him crocin ds 6 ml SOS(weight 12 kgs). Is this viral ? So we need to start antibiotics? Is blood test recommended?

I started eating boiled soya but whenever i eat them i started to have heart palpitation. Initially, i thought it was a vehm but today i eat after 20 days and again got palpitations Why so ?
